Our client is the owner of a major transport hub in the North of England.

Role brief:
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Interim Strategy and Development Director to provide full strategy and business development opportunities for the construction of commercial property on green field sites. You will develop and deliver strategies for maximising commercial property returns and delivering maximum shareholder value from property assets.

Duration: 2-3 months

Candidate Fit:
You will have experience of working for a commercial property and strategic real estate organisation and have the ability to develop sound commercial property strategies and business solutions. This assignment is about deciding what commercial property should be built i.e. a hotel or a serviced office or a warehouse.
