What do we look for?
Impact Executives is always looking for high quality, experienced and skilled interim managers from a wide range of disciplines and market sectors. Because of the demanding nature of our clients and our commitment to the highest standards, we can only consider applications from established interim managers.
Typically we expect our interim managers to be:
- Widely experienced in their own discipline, having reached board or senior manager level with several organisations.
- Self-employed and operating as an interim manager via a limited company, registered for VAT as appropriate and have their own professional indemnity insurance cover.
- Results orientated, adaptable, have excellent leadership and organisation & planning skills.
- Financially secure and not looking for a permanent position;
- and, to have completed two previous interim assignments for blue-chip organisations.
