Typically we expect our interim managers to be:
- Widely experienced in their own discipline, having reached board or senior manager level with several organisations.
- Self-employed and operating as an interim manager via a limited company, registered for VAT as appropriate and have their own professional indemnity insurance cover.
- Results orientated, adaptable, have excellent leadership and organisation & planning skills.
- Financially secure and not looking for a permanent position;
- and, to have completed two previous interim assignments for blue-chip organisations.
